Pros
TalentPredix offers a great learning environment, especially for people looking to build hands-on experience and expand their skill set in OB/consulting/sales space. The team is generally very supportive, and there’s exposure to real-world projects that help you understand client needs ranging from leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement etc. MD is very approachable, and there’s flexibility in how work gets done, which helps with learning and ownership. It’s a very enabling place to grow early or mid-career skills. But of course one needs to be agile and ambitious to ace this role otherwise it will get too much.
Cons
There is room for improvement in processes and long-term planning. Sometimes priorities change quickly, which can create ambiguity. But honestly that is true for any small scale organisation.. so definitely a very constructive challenge!
