Pros

A registered company with genuine networking

Cons

- The company has a highly toxic culture with significant office politics. - The intern layoff rate is alarmingly high, with new interns frequently hired each month to work for 50 Euros over three months, only to be laid off within the first month. - Placement success in Germany is very low; the company’s revenue is minimal as they typically secure only one placement per year, and in some years, none at all. - Most clients have been waiting for years; the company takes their money but keeps them waiting indefinitely. Instead of implementing effective strategies to improve placement rates, the CEOs seem to prioritize layoffs. - The layoff rate remains high, with staff constantly coming and going, yet the overall results stay largely unchanged due to the outdated system.

Pros

If anyone considering joining Talents2Germany reads this, take it as a sincere warning: this place offers nothing but endless hard work for practically no reward. The so-called CEO & Co-founder, Eleonore Wall —a not-so-bright character—will keep stringing staff along and a few penny workers around her are nothing less than stupid morons with silly jokes and hollow words about being “the most important person,” all while expecting more successful appointments and results from others. Meanwhile, she quietly follows up on leads others bring in, ultimately taking credit for everything when it’s over—without an ounce of shame. Toxic Work Culture • No meaningful income for staff, only increasing demands for appointments and performance. • Leadership prioritizes their own image and personal gain, often blurring lines between who did the real work and who claims credit. • Public-facing materials emphasize “support” and “community,” but insiders know this is marketing spin—the reality is all about maximizing profit from employees, not supporting them. Leadership Issues • The CEO, Eleonore Wall, is described as lacking in leadership or sincere support, focusing instead on relentless superficial motivation and empty reassurances. • Blatant credit stealing by the CEO after quietly leveraging other people’s efforts. • Employees are expected to “bring in appointments and results” for no compensation. • After contributing, the CEO may falsely claim ownership of your leads and work. • Reports warn of “absolutely worthless” experiences for those seeking career advancement or healthy workplace culture.

Cons

Final Warning There are no meaningful positives to working at Talents2Germany for job seekers or staff. The reality is exhausting, disheartening, and ultimately a complete waste of time. Anyone offered a job here should think twice and look elsewhere. This is written for the benefit of future candidates—don’t be swayed by superficial marketing or empty words. Protect your time and self-worth by making an informed decision.
