Pros
Colleagues are fun to work with. Only major benefit is you don't have to pay for an airtime contract.
Cons
Poor work/life balance, the bonus scheme is unattainable and almost impossible to understand, the wage doesn't. Upper management are toxic, giving no aid to improve the work environment. Any form of concerns are pushed back with indifference, with the general response being 'you get what you deserve'. There's no appreciation when extra work is put on staff also, it seems to come to almost being bullied into doing things above your pay grade. Somehow there always seems to be discrepancies in pay, even if all processes are followed correctly, HR doesn't seem to quick to get things sorted out.
