Pros
Interesting line of work. It's nice to feel like you're working for something positive. Friendly, flexible work atmosphere. Great management. Smaller company that treats their employees like family. There is always something to do, and you'll probably find yourself picking up new skills as you take over tasks and projects that you may not have expected.
Cons
Currently, there is little room for growth within the company. This will hopefully change as the company continues to grow. Unfortunately, as the company grows, money goes towards new positions instead of advancing current positions. Compensation and benefits could definitely be improved.
