      This company has nice things they do like monthly breakfasts and good summer hours.

      Cons

      They do not pay enough for the amount of work they expect from you. Many days you will work thru lunches and long hours and that goes unnoticed. There is also very limited room for advancement.

      Pros

      Some of the best people I have ever worked for. Train you well, and then once you are on your way and doing things on your own, they leave you to it. If you need help, people are always available to reach out to. But if you do your job as it is supposed to be done, no one ever really bothers you.

      Can get hectic at times.
