Likewise, Recruiters will not speak to candidates for the purpose of adding a phone call to their metrics, or to trick them into providing information about a company. Value and ethics are present in everything Tallience does. Managers choose to trust by default. This puts the pressure square on your shoulders to not dissapoint! Also, you have the latest and greatest of tools available to you to help you succeed.
Cons
Tallience is a small company so there is not much name recognition yet. However, the companies that know the name think highly of it.
