1. Zero work life balance. There are no set hours. You are on call 24 hours. Managers have no boundaries and you will feel the need to work on weekends to make up for the way things work 2. Select individuals are rewarded and recognised. Highly unlikely you’ll be one. 3. Internal mobility options only apply to those people too. Those are the stories they highlight on their LinkedIn page 4. Micromanagement through every task you do and managers are not qualified to be in their roles 5. Consistent attrition for certain roles with people changing all the time. No proper training plan in place for next one. Chaos. 6. Not open to feedback or criticism. Ego plays happening at each level especially for tenured employees
