Cons
Toxic work culture from director level down, they are only interested in Cardiff employees anywhere else is irrelevant,
Which is funny a te CEO is actually based in London even thoug HQ is Blackpool
But you can see everything shifting to Cardiff.
no development opportunities, No training and no one with relevant experiance at team leader level.
Also 1 person off on any given day per dept means a 1/12 chance of getting days off then take into account workload,time of month, absence etc and its near impossible to get annual leave, then you get pulled by HR at end of year beause your team leader has declined your holidays but its your fault.
As for actually doing the work its laughable as noone actually follows process and if you ask team leader they dont know as they have only just passed probation themselves.
