Pros
Co workers and direct supervisors are kind, helpful, and supportive. Remote work is also a nice benefit.
Cons
Besides those few pros, there are many cons. There seems to be no plan, structure, or communication between upper level management and department heads, to the lower level employees like myself and my team. At least on the sales side of it, there is constant change to the order process and very little communication as to why it happens. If something major changes it’s announced to us in an email or teams chat and then never spoken of again. This creates lots of confusion for the sales team and negatively impacts the customer experience. At times if feels like this job is more a customer service job than a sales job. At least half of the patients I talk to are unhappy with tandem or the way we process orders. Also the pay is terrible and there is lots of micromanaging.
