Work atmosphere is friendly and positive. I feel welcome, and I'm pretty confident my work is valued here. My schedule is busy, but my tasks are interesting and challenging. At Tandem, I have learned how important it is to have a healthy work-life balance if I want to work productively.

When something does not work or if you have ideas for improvement with internal processes, your suggestions are passed to the right people and quickly implemented. Both the President and Director of Operations answer my questions and are giving me the right tools to advance my career. Love the Open door and transparent culture. The team culture that Phil and Mark have created is something special. They know things can get tense during negotiations so they help relieve stress by playing funny games, taking us to happy hour regularly, as well as drinks in house on Fridays!

It's tough at first. but just stick tough. Once you get the hang of negotiations it becomes SO much fun! Which also translates into your life outside of the office. You won't get bamboozled or over pay for an item/service again.
