Small staff, and very supportive

None come to mind, more face time with employees in other departments would be great, but you do get these opportunities

The work could be interesting if there was any real bite to it. I did meet a lot of talented external people through networking because of working here.

Unfortunately this organization and its leadership, lack the integrity to do the work they claim to in their mission statement. Make sure to follow the money. You'll quickly realize that this organization is purely performative.
