Small staff, and very supportive

None come to mind, more face time with employees in other departments would be great, but you do get these opportunities

The people working at Tanenbaum are amazing and really kind. It feels like you're working as part of a team and everyone is there to support each other. Also, the mission of the organization as a whole is very interesting, relevant, and meaningful.

The office is tiny~there are a bunch of cubicles and if you work there from morning to night, it definitely feels like you've been trapped in a cave all day. It can get a little dull/slow around the office and I wouldn't say that it is an exciting or fun job. It's definitely interesting to learn about the Peacemakers and read about everything but I always had the sense that I was supporting these amazing people out in the world and yet I was stuck in a cubicle in a small office in New York.
