Pros
Earnings potential is crazy, perks and freebies on the company, good starting salary, hiring is based on potential, work hard/play hard atmosphere, there's a lot to learn from both the owner of the company, sales manager and sales directors there. You will never have a dull day working there.
Cons
Most people including myself won't be able to hack it. The company isn't competitive on any level when it comes to selling products so you're essentially selling yourself which is extremely difficult. Most of the career levels are artificial. You can either eventually manage a team or continue on your own. Working can be quite lonely. You come in with others but the vast majority will leave giving you the choice of either leaving as well or staying with people who won't be that friendly to you as they know you probably won't stay. To top it off, a lot of the leads you're expected to work on are awful. I'm not saying they're impossible but when you get on the phone with someone who got into a fist fight with former employees of your company, you're not going to have a easy ride. If you can adapt to the steep learning curve, be persuasive on the phone and money is the main focus of your career then work hard there and you'll succeed. I would have loved to have been able to adapt and make it to the in crowd but it wasn't meant to be. Takes a rare breed to work there.
