Pros

-You learn the industry quickly with seasoned veterans in their field who eat, sleep, and breathe gaming -Because of the small team size, you are given the opportunity to be more visible than bigger agencies -Serves as a standout 'bootcamp' for those looking to learn fast -Regardless of what 'team' you are on, you still gain valuable insight into all aspects of a media buy in the gaming vertical

Cons

-At lower levels, growth is extremely limited -The primary vertical here is gaming; limited exposure to diverse client verticals

Pros

Snack bar Kind people Video game accounts are cool Located in midtown Work life balance is okay depending on job title and account

Cons

Micromanaging, reports have to be checked 3 times before they are sent out by managers, ADs and directors. It’s bureaucracy at its finest also it’s incredibly inefficient. Workload isn’t balanced between teams. Most accounts are DR focused so offline and display get pushed to the back burner. Social and search are prioritized. Assistant spend 2-3 years at the same level. Industry average is 8-10 months. People are hired under false pretenses and find out later that their job titles or accounts were misrepresented. Clients are allowed to do whatever they want cause the agency is too small to fight for what’s right Media wise. Workload is seriously unbalanced between teams. Upper management doesn’t listen to the concerns of junior members of the team it’s the same complaints for years but nothing has been done. Also the kitchen is right near to the bathroom so there’s that.
