      The people at Tangible are amazing - in addition to being extremely hard-working and driven, they do their absolute best to make sure everyone else is in the best position to succeed. They do a great job at highlighting sucessess in the company and have a great company culture.

      Pros

      You get to work with some of the nicest, kindest people you'll ever meet. You get to partner with top companies. You get support when life happens. You get to work with people who are genuine about diversity and inclusion. You also get paid fair market value for your talent and experience.

      Cons

      The normal agency pitfalls do happen in terms of ebbs and flows, but at least everyone communicates that fact up front.

      Wonderful group to work with, really enjoyed it. Ability to work remotely is key and they support that.
