Pros
On the surface the company has a great culture. Unlimited PTO and strong work/life balance attitudes. Their motto is "One Team, one Fight" with co-workers being helpful and collaborative. My co-workers were very motivated and always trying to innovate. They don't like to waste time with politics. Even the CEO said If you're not needed at a meeting there's no reason to waste your time attending. There's a strong focus on enablement. Even during onboarding the product training and materials are excellent and continued training sessions are regulatory updated to reflect the product. Their product is excellent and it's good for morale to be a market leader.
Cons
The company structure changes frequently with departments merging, laying off staff, or shifting to different sales models. I had 3 managers. All were friendly, but unable to answer most technical or career questions. They did not directly oversee work and were very disconnected from the realities of my day to day tasks. Employees are expected to self-direct, but are provided very little direction and feedback from management is rarely helpful. It's hard to measure performance or success and career growth more about the appearing of making yourself known at the company. This company is not for introverts.
