Pros

technology - loved the underlying tech, but the UI is very modular and not workflow orientated. culture - was good for 12mnths then layoffs started. pay - above average

Cons

culture - was good to start as growth looked positive, then it all changed upper management - growth of the company - seems to have stalled, waiting waiting waiting for IPO (never going to happen) direction of the company - historically only went after BIG customers which took along time to land, now there's a shift to go after SME customers, but the support module isn't in place. how the lay people off - brutal
