Pros
- Great compensation, good culture (one team one fight), and collaboration are great, although lately, I've seen some people make it into the company that are not that collaborative (Tanium usually does a great job at spotting this and not hiring them). - The new CEO seems to have good ideas and innovation - Remote employees get internet and cellphone bills covered - Good initial tech set-up - No micromanagers detected so far
Cons
- Promoting is not defined, not clear, and hard to plan - There are no annual salary increases, not even with how inflation is killing everyone, not even performance-based. - No yearly Education or professional certs budget (not including Tanium Certs) - 401K matching contributions are way under what most companies offer, a very low cap.
