Pros
1. No issue regarding salary. salary always come on time. 2. some people there are supportive and helping nature. there are some people who helped me and supported me. I really appreciate and respect them. 3. this company is good for working as fresher for short term period. (maximum 1 year)
Cons
1. A lot of politics there. Seniors will give their own work to juniors. your work will not get any recognition. no matter how hard you work for them. seniors will take all the credit of your work. 2. Management is not good. The manager also has his own company. He mostly focus on his own company work. He also give some of his own company work to this company employees. 3. Favoritism in the workplace. A lot of deserving candidates leave this company because they don't get enough recognition of there work. Manager will give promotion to those who he likes but not based on knowledge and skills. That's why senior doesn't have any good knowledge and skills. They are only good at political work. There is one guy (don't want to disclose name because he is currently working ) who directly promoted as team leader who hardly worked on one project and had 3-4 months of experience. There is also other guy who worked more than 1 year with good knowledge and skills and tackled many problems. He doesn't get promoted. because of all this reason, this company is now facing losses.
