No process, running like mom-pop shop, owners have no long term vision just here to make quick money (at any cost), no ethics, already got bad name due to frequent hiring/firing, zero day bench policy, not a professional run company, if you have good work experience do not spoil your career by taking this big risk there is no job security as company is on downhill and may be closed any time. Most of the positive reviews are fake and written by HR team
