Relatively good salary compression to the market

Cons

- Insane micro management by the CEO and Engineering head - lots of office politics and no one truly care about actually benefiting the organization - The management always always has trust issues with all employees no one is empowered. - At mid of the year all employees were pushed really hard to go and write positive reviews on GlassDoor to how bad the rating was - My advice if you are going to work for Tap UAE office than go for it as they tend to have a positive and helpful environment but if you are going for the Kuwait or Saudi office I really wouldn’t recommend it as it will severely impact your career and feeling of self worth.
