Pros

- Cohort of super talented people in all departments - Everyone is willing to help as much as they can, working remotely can impact this in other places but people are more than happy to assist where possible - Big push on culture seems to differentiate it from other start-ups. Not focused on getting things done with no regard for how it's done but wanting to accomplish things in the right way - Super ambitious company that runs from the bottom to the top - Massive opportunity to progress with a scaling business and learn from peers

Cons

- Start-ups can sometimes seems a bit disorganised at times and flexibility is key but it's an enjoyable challenge - Remote culture is a hard thing to build, sometimes difficult to feel connected at times

Pros

It was truly one of the best companies to work for - until January 2025, when the seventh round of layoffs in less than two years took place. Good Pay: The compensation was competitive and rewarding. Strong Management: Leadership was supportive, genuinely cared for employees, and focused on solving real problems rather than ignoring them. Remote Work Environment: Flexible and well-structured remote policies made it easy to stay productive while maintaining work–life balance.

Cons

The seventh round of layoffs in January 2025 completely changed the course of the company. Nearly the entire core team was let go, leaving the organization without direction or vision. The mindset that “everyone is replaceable” has severely damaged its once-strong reputation as a great place to work. To cut costs, the staff was offshored at a fraction of the expense, but in doing so, the company removed the very people who were essential to keeping things running. Internal politics have only made matters worse, driving employees either to resign or face termination. What was once an inspiring and well-organized workplace has now descended into chaos and poor planning.
