You need to be management/team leads blue eye boy to enjoy all the above benefits. The freshers treated like a bonded labours, and will be working nonstop. There is no growth plans shown either in professional/personnel career path. The team leads can be absent/ WFH as and when they wish and no questions will be asked. The HR showing lot of open partial-ism in company towards a particular project and hand and glove the project lead. Other than this lady she does not even mix with any one. None of the managers will come out and spent any time with any of the employees. Most of them working on their world and like different islands . They are sitting in the cabin as if they come out someone will occupy their seat.!!!!! The company is run by S&S co now…leaves policies are not require to follow those were close team leads……HR is not doing what they supposed to do but busy in politicising the office....when the person resigns the trauma starts….they will treat you like enemies…make you suffer to get the relieving letters…worse nightmare for any one works here. Only time saw all the team leads together in the office is either for office party or for the team-outing!!! This shows the culture of the company
