Employee will get opportunity to work on intresting projects Good exposure to handle office politics, employee working here can work anywhere. I really thank you for this Very kind people Everyone here never googled about work life balance
Cons
Work with delayed salary, first we were told we will get salary on 15th Oct, then an 15th new mail comes saying salary is further delayed for 2 weeks. It's good to be strict on employee timesheets, I totally agree on fines for not filling/keeping timesheets updated. But repeatedly asking employees for the fines that too without providing salary is bit difficult for employees, Employees are totally dependent on the salary how can you expect them to pay fine without giving salary
