The DTP HOD rarely stands up for the team or clearly communicates their role, which I noticed even after years of experience. 3. The DTP team is often blamed for issues and is required to work extra hours, including being called in on Sundays. 4. I once had to stay until midnight without being provided dinner or travel support—regardless of whether the employee was male or female. 5.
