Cult- like, cliquey, not inclusive, but worst of all the CEO who spent months and months talking about how we are different than all other agencies would never have to worry about getting let go, spent a ton of money on a lavish holiday party knowing that fhe staff would get let go and unable to pay their rents and expensive bills only to let 150 people go.
