Pros

I have been working for Tarrison for four years now, and I cannot express enough how much I appreciate this company. One of the things that stands out to me most is their unwavering commitment to inclusivity. Regardless of background, identity, or experience, everyone is welcomed with open arms and treated with respect. The managers are some of the kindest people I have ever worked with. They go out of their way to create a supportive and understanding work environment where everyone feels valued and heard. Whenever I have had personal matters come up, they have been incredibly flexible and understanding, providing me with the support and compassion I’ve needed. But it's not just about the support during tough times – Tarrison also encourages professional and personal growth. They value every employee's unique strengths and provide opportunities for learning and development. I feel that I am constantly growing and learning new things, which has helped me to become a better professional and person overall. Perhaps most importantly, I feel that Tarrison treats me like a human being and not just a number. They truly care about their employees and their well-being, which is a rare and invaluable trait in a company. I am proud to be a part of this team and plan to stay with them for a long time. I would highly recommend Tarrison to anyone looking for a supportive, fun, inclusive, and compassionate workplace.

Cons

The only downside I can think of is that due to the nature of the business, there is a limited opportunity to work from home. However, given the positive work environment and great coworkers, I find that I don't mind being in the office as much as I have at previous jobs.

Pros

free parking benefits and some staff are nice

Cons

ive worked here for several years and used to love it under the old management. people was motivated… the environment was positive. used to have travel opportunities… there was a real understanding of worklife balance. old leadership cared about employees and encouraged collaboration and goalsetting and professional growth!!! this used to be a place where people wanted to do their best n help eachother. evrything changed when the owner came out of retirement and got rid of old management and then everything went down. no more remote work, no more travel. no reviews… no chances to grow or move up. just control n micromanaging about weird things lots of favoritism now too especially the male staff some get special treatment, others get ignored. morale has dropped a lot and good people have quit or are looking to. even things like time off around holidays got worse now its is bare minimum, while the owner will travel to his vacation house in turks. the old manager used to set team goals so everyone could enjoy extra time with family! if you want a healthy modern workplace where you will be motivated to work hard for the success of the team this is NOT it… but it used to be.!

Pros

I get a paycheck every 2 weeks.

Cons

Like EVERYTHING else, the energy in this place is so bad. The new management never does anything, but also demands that everyone else is constantly in the office for no good reason. Always asking people to do personal tasks for them and holds awkward meetings with no reason or structure, They are very open about how little the value the people who work there. There is no more work from home ever, no one can get a raise or even a proper performance review, and all the office staff are treated like they aren't even human. But the staff who are related to the owner can do whatever they want and barely work, they just watch youtube videos in their office all day. Holiday hours pretty much the legal bare minimum of time off even tho no one else is working and theres like nothing to do. Even if you ask for time off in advance it just gets denied. Everyone hates their job but stays because the job market is so bad right now.
