Pros
I have been working for Tarrison for four years now, and I cannot express enough how much I appreciate this company. One of the things that stands out to me most is their unwavering commitment to inclusivity. Regardless of background, identity, or experience, everyone is welcomed with open arms and treated with respect. The managers are some of the kindest people I have ever worked with. They go out of their way to create a supportive and understanding work environment where everyone feels valued and heard. Whenever I have had personal matters come up, they have been incredibly flexible and understanding, providing me with the support and compassion I’ve needed. But it's not just about the support during tough times – Tarrison also encourages professional and personal growth. They value every employee's unique strengths and provide opportunities for learning and development. I feel that I am constantly growing and learning new things, which has helped me to become a better professional and person overall. Perhaps most importantly, I feel that Tarrison treats me like a human being and not just a number. They truly care about their employees and their well-being, which is a rare and invaluable trait in a company. I am proud to be a part of this team and plan to stay with them for a long time. I would highly recommend Tarrison to anyone looking for a supportive, fun, inclusive, and compassionate workplace.
Cons
The only downside I can think of is that due to the nature of the business, there is a limited opportunity to work from home. However, given the positive work environment and great coworkers, I find that I don't mind being in the office as much as I have at previous jobs.
