Pros
- Maintains a focus on empowering local, Cambodian workers over foreign volunteers - Clear conscious as a volunteer (you know where/what your time and money is going toward) - A great option for all ages to start learning how NGOs function (students, working adults, parents, retirees can all help, etc.)
Cons
- A small Organization with limited support - Sometimes a stressful work environment
