Even though the above perks are too good to join a company, but when it comes to Higher Management, CXO, the company does not have any vision. All it thinks about is cost cutting.
They are trying to sell a product without any post sales support and instead of Support and Marketing, every burden falls on the Tech.
In the last 1 year, the situation has changed tremendously. Company built on the principles of Uncomfortable transparency, has now turned into a closed loop company. Even the Directors of Tech don't know what is coming in the future. Requirements are given on WhatsApp directly by CEO. Promises like WFH, people friendly policies are now broken by the management. They will first ask you to share your concerns for resolutions and then will just fire you citing your own problems. Instead of providing a solution, you are fired. Even HR doesn't know about the change in policies a day before the change.
People from IT are leading the Tech, non-people background are handling the functions like HR and People management. Tech people are forced to cure cost. But nobody talks about Post Sales support which is making Tata Cliq the worst product in Ecom industry.
