Pros
The benefits they provide to the employees beyond the salary is actually remarkable, even though they pay less than the market standards. Roles with travel requirement wouldn't have to worry at all about paying from own pocket as everything gets done via the company
Cons
very toxic decade old mindset sexism exists in almost every department HRs work for (and protects) the hire management and not the employees for whom they should actually speak up
