Pros
The only thing I can thank TTL for is the fact that they allowed me to get my 'foot in the door' at JLR...... that is all!
Cons
Hire graduate; give a nice career projection plan with planned remuneration points over a 2 year period..... then scrap it with no communications as to why it is has been scrapped, and then deny all knowledge of there ever being a remuneration opportunity at all. I would have been paid more stacking shelves at a supermarket than working for TTL! No communication at all to there employee's (I didn't realise my reporting manager had changed until I handed in my notice)
