Cons
The CEO is a ego maniac who values his own opinion over experience and expertise. He consistently belittles every team in the company, and expects you to go above and beyond your job role for very little pay. You will never receive any positive reinforcement, let alone a thank you. The management of the company whilst we were going through a pandemic was a shambles, consistently threatening to make you redundant throughout, whilst deducting your pay by 15% and expecting you to be thankful for having a job still. He would raise his voice, and would consistently micromanage every aspect, in every role but he completely unreachable when it came down to a final decision. The timeline of seasonal drops was a complete disgrace, there are too many products and very little management - everything is late.
