Good networking, you get to meet high profile people and go to high society events, lots of room for learning
Cons
Feedback is rarely ever given in a constructive way – they shame you in front of other people. They don't really teach, teach yourself. Lots of gossip in the office, lots of politics too. Upper management doesnt have your back. Fend for yourself. Nepotism and favoritism is so evident.
