      Pros

      It's a bookstore and the community of staff is amazing. Working with authors, book lovers (both customers and staff), and books is an amazing opportunity.

      Cons

      Low pay for the work I was doing. New owners have no real retail or book industry experience and they are dismantling 50 years of experiences claiming they know better.

      Discount on books, and you’re not imprisoned

      Cons

      Management (all), dealing with the children that come in daily during the school year, communication is non-existent, and immaturity among the ranks.
