Literally everything else. The founders are from Utah and they understand mental health as well and you could expect from white men from Utah- nothing unless it's self serving. Jason was a big driving cause for several women of color, and several people who openly identified as LGBT to quit in response to his "management style" and general vibe. Complaints to HR are met with silence and inaction. Pay is not worth the gaslighting and disrespect that feels like its integral to Tavas work culture.
