Pros

Independently owned. Small to medium size business feel for the day to day. Super friendly team atmosphere. In-House team and external team are all made to feel welcome and appreciated. Thorough onboarding process. Nice extra benefits beyond the standard. Great studio (office) in a shared building with local amenities close by. Works across a variety of global brands with passion to create award winning brand expression creative.

Cons

No real cons other than it's a busy/pressured environment - but most creative environments can be. So it shouldn't be a surprise unless you're new to the industry of brand/design.

Everyone was friendly, it had a good atmosphere. They seem to want to foster a good internal culture. Standard of work is high.

Cons

Usual agency stuff tbh. Nothing stood out.
