Some really fantastic people working at the company. Paid better than average. Good experience if you have a good manager who looks after your department well.
Cons
In my experience, the LEAN management style employed by upper management does NOT work very well at this company. Upper management takes advantage of and offloads work onto their most competent workers, leaving them to fix the mistakes of higher-paid/"highly experienced" staff. When employees are upset, management makes promises that they have no intention of keeping, i.e. promises for promotion but only if you take on even more work without the salary increase to justify it. When you need a manager, there is almost never one to be found. Employees are stressed and miserable because management seems more than happy short-staffing departments and ignoring complaints of anyone who has an issue with it.
