Pros
Employees are friendly. 401k is good - if you can make it past a year, otherwise don't bother contributing. Can gain good experience in a very specialized field. Company has a 5 year plan for growth.
Cons
They burn through engineers. Expect too many hours for too little pay - don't complain about losing tribal knowledge when you don't compensate appropriately nor give proper guidance about such knowledge to newcomers. Very top heavy organization which leaves not much left for everybody else, very expensive health insurance. Bonus structure for the little people is less than a C note for each year of service, do the math - this does not create motivation, nor a reason to be a go-getter. Small company with people in key positions for 20+ years with 20 years left to go until retirement = no upward mobility. Specialized knowledge can pigeon hole a career locally if your in it too long.
