Business outlook

Pros

When we choose where we want to work, there are a couple of boxes for me that have to be ticked... Work with genuine, honest people Be appreciated for the work you do The business is reputable in what they do and are proud of the work they offer Taylor Higson has all of these things and this is why, for me, it is a great place to be. The environment is brilliant. Recruiters are mainly experienced so left to their own devices. Manage your own workload and operate how you deem appropriate. You set your KPI's around your desk. It is an open floor so if you are ever in need of advice, we help each other out. The MD is first and foremost a recruiter. Still billing and leading from the front. He understands what we go through as recruiters. Always having our back in the good and testing times. The worklife balance is excellent. Late starts on a Monday, early finish on a Friday. Flexibility when you need it (work from home, come in early leave a little early etc).

Cons

The office is a great space but could do with a little colour. Not all incentives have to be extravagant (trips away etc). Have one eye on the small things that don't cost the earth but mean a lot to people. (Little things like a quick drink on Friday after work or a breakfast run on payday). NOT BAD AS THE ONLY NEGATIVES EH!
