Pros

Most of the people you work with are kind, caring, and helpful.

Cons

- HR does not take discrimination complaints seriously. Discrimination was reported to HR with no follow-up after three weeks. - Salary is not as advertised; earnings are incentivised, not guaranteed. Incentives are nearly impossible to meet without working overtime, and overtime is not compensated. - You are tracked (location and timestamped) on your personal phone. - High turnover of employees, leading to disgruntled consumers who you are expected to "clean up." - Supervisors and management are not resourceful; it is a very "figure it out yourself" environment, unless you ask your co-workers, who are also trying to figure it out. - Training does not prepare you for the job adequately. - They seem to only care about making money, not helping people (nearly to the point of insurance fraud). - A lot of favoritism in the workplace and personal family relationships that promote inner circles. - You are simply a vessel for completing paperwork, not providing people with the resources and help that they need.
