Pros
The salary is negotiable so it’s better to discuss
Cons
This was the worst company I have ever worked for. What shocked me most was that the HR department was completely dysfunctional, so the company always operated in favor of the employer, and no matter what employees said, it was never taken seriously.
They frequently hired young people through the Youth Mobility Scheme who lacked the necessary skills and paid them below minimum wage, which meant many employees were unable to perform their jobs properly.
The CEO is Japanese and not fluent in English, and as a result, many people within the company also could not communicate effectively in English. During meetings, it was often unclear what was being discussed, and I frequently found communication to be extremely difficult.
