      Pros

      The people, environment and team are what made the job truly enjoyable. The strong DEI culture, and support across LOB's made the position of Site Trainer and Training Lead great

      Cons

      Did not uphold salary totals and cut position salary when new positions were earned. Some Sr Management could be overbearing

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
