      If you like change, fast-growth, and all the opportunities for career advancement that come with that, this is a great place to work. Daily interaction with the global team provides a unique experience.

      Cons

      Monthly pay is an adjustment.

      Thank you for your feedback! Monthly pay is a bit of an adjustment. However, most employees say that they are able to adjust after a few months. (The first 2 months are the hardest!) :)

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
