Thank you for your candid feedback. We have really been focused this past year on leadership training and development - and I'm very pleased to hear that its making an impact. I acknowledge your comments about working in a BPO environment - we are always driven by the needs of the client. However, the better relationships we build the more successful we will become! Lastly, thanks for your comments on how we have handled COVID.
