Thank you for your feedback - though I am sorry that your experience was not great. In 2021, 78% of our second tier positions were filled internally with promotions. I'm not sure how that would equate to 'no advancement' - but I appreciate your perspective and with you the best in the future.

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
