Pros

Friendly team and rather easy job

Cons

One of those companies were you are a number, not an employee. There is no regard for workers safety, wellness or happiness. Salary is really low compared to other similar companies, weekend are not paid more and you will work most of them. Even when you work extra time and night shift, your salary will barely change. Do not expect a promotion but, if you get one, the salary raise is so low that feels like an insult. Company will often remove your benefits without telling you. The initial condition about the work are not respected, the company is expecting from employees to work at least twice as hard as agreed during the interview without complaining. You are not allowed to take a break, not even for going to the toilette, 70% of the time of a shift and, when you are allowed, you probably can't because the work you need to do has a really specific time frame that you need to follow strictly. You can't have your phone or any personal item with you and, in a slow day, if you have some minutes without nothing to do, you are not allowed to do anything and the navigation to every external site is blocked. One of the worst work experiences in my life.

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
