The company is terribly organized and managed by its leaders. You'll find a workplace that does not recognize its employees at all. You can expect to see changes every single day from managers and technical leads to small decisions and workflow guidance. The fact many managers in the organization are not on the same page it's a huge issue. Tek Experts just want to get the job done so they can show Microsoft they're good partners and can keep their contracts up. Despite all that, they have terrible pay and benefits for the responsibilities they put on your hands.
