      With no experience you can get to work with huge enterprises and learn hand on how they operate and this will help you a lot as you grow your career

      Cons

      Management is Terrible, you’re just a number unless you do something really impressive recently or put 4 or more years in.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
