Pros

It has been a great place for professional and personal growth, where I have explored new technologies, expanded my knowledge and consolidated my professional career. It has also allowed me to continue my studies and put into practice the knowledge I have acquired.

Cons

The way they measure job performance, and some people on the management team do not have the soft skills needed to fill the position. The location of the company is a bit inaccessible for people who live far away.

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
