Pros

1. Good chance for unexperienced individuals to gain experience. 2. Amazing colleagues who get it. 2. Huge support group for you after you are free from Tek.

Cons

All decisions are made at either the global level or by the client with whatever poorly thought decision quickly cascading onto frontline employees. I weep for local managements inability to provide meaningful support to their staff.

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
